When using custom alert sound as input you can use any .wav file.
You just need to add new sound files to your NT8\sounds directory.
Default location is C:\Program Files (x86)\NinjaTrader 8\sounds
After that you will be able to see the new added sound file from the input dropdown menu as shown below.
